After Heater

After Heater is a kind of Heaters that are used after a specific heating or cooling process. Commonly, in manufacture processes, after heaters are used in the final heating process to lower down the heat temperature before proceeding to the next process. Water temperatures exceeding 140°F can be achieved while lowering the exhaust temperatures of the boiler from 350 or 400° to as low as 80°F. The heated water can be used for numerous processes, including area wash downs and sanitation.

Advantages

  • To lessen the amount of heat applied to the product
  • To decrease heat consumption of the machine
  • To ensure the quality of the product and preparing it for the next process in the manufacturing

Applications

Chemical plants, manufacturing industries, feed mills, food processing, commercial laundries and automotive plants all rely on economizers to conserve valuable energy while optimizing their hot water processes.
