Bagging Scales

Bagging Scales are used all over the world in grain, sugar, rice and fertilizer silos, mills and all branches of industry in which bulk commodities are bagged. In seaport silos, for example, sugar may need to be bagged if the destination port is not equipped to unload bulk commodities.

Bagging scales are designed to weigh free-flowing materials. The bagging scales are mechanical in operation and require no air or electricity. The operator simply sets the target weight on the back of the scale, places a bag on the discharge spout, and pulls the load handle. The scale will automatically fill the bag to the desired weight and cut itself off. The operator removes the bag and repeats the process.
