Bearing Seals

Bearing Seal is a synthetic rubber gasket that prevents the bearing from losing its grease or being contaminated with dirt. The primary function of bearing seal is to retain the bearing lubricant and, secondarily, to enhance the performance and life of the bearing by minimizing dirt, oil and water ingress that results in damage and premature failure of the bearing and other components.Bearing seals can reduce the 14% of bearing failures, which occur prematurely due to contamination. With a whole division dedicated to sealing technology, seals used in bearings can be a significant contributor due to the friction generated.
