'''Dedusting filter''' units are constructed on the basis of use of the most up-to-date CAD-tools at market. The experience of decades of work means that the design and project engineers are able to come up with the optimal filter solution in every case. It does not matter whether it is for a single filter for a quarry, for example, or for a complete de-dusting solution with a multitude of individual units for a complete cement factory.
A '''Dedusting filter''' separates solid particles from air by means of fine holes in metal screens or cloth. The air passes through while the solid particles remain to be discharged.

Together with filter technology related company offers products from the drying unit sector and material handling technology. The precipitation of products in powder form can be part of the engineering process especially where driers are concerned. In this way the filter technology can be utilised in flash driers to precipitate the product to be dried, for example, starch. When special conveyor techniques are also made use of in the transportation of powdered goods such as cement, solutions can be offered in that the filter technology is perfectly matched up with the other sections of the unit.

A Dedusting filter separates solid particles from air by means of fine holes in metal screens or cloth. The air passes through while the solid particles remain to be discharged.

Advantages of Dedusting filters

  • The crude gas side is practically free of dust deposits. Therefore the filters can be used in explosion protected areas.
  • The use of the filter tubing with snap rings makes servicing easy and a quick tube change possible without any mechanical work.
  • The bag chamber filters are especially suitable for a high content of dust in crude gas.

Application area

  • chemical industry
  • quarrying and earthmoving sectors
  • cement industry
  • starch production
  • mining, and road-building
