Differential Motion Conveyor (DMC) is the ideal solution for material processors with delicate products. With the DMC, the product never breaks contact with the pan surface. The patented drive provides a slow, forward, quick-return stroke which causes the product to slide across the pan in much the same way a magician will pull a table cloth from under a fine set of china. The DMC drive creates a more efficient conveying motion than that of competing horizontal motion conveyors due to the fastest quick- return stroke in the industry.

For many applications, this means a faster conveying speed with less force exerted on the conveyed product. The smooth, back and forth action of the DMC gently moves products along without material degradation, including any distur- bance of product coatings. In addition to differential motion conveyor technology, commonly designs and manufactures a wide variety of vibratory conveyors that provide an efficient and economical method of conveying or processing bulk materials. Units can be multifunctional to convey, dry, cool, scalp, screen, quench, dewater, orient, accumulate, separate, and distribute.
