Dissolvers

Dissolvers are compact mechanical machine that enable you to perform versatile research of the dispersion process. They are commonly used in process industries including adhesives chemical, cosmetic, coatings, food, pharmaceutical and more.


Operation Principles

The Machine is fixed on a stable base that enables placement directly on the floor, laboratory table or other stable foundation. The base legs are equipped with clamping arms that permit to tight vessels of any sizes. The construction of the disc agitator hub enables the use of exchangeable discs and agitators of different diameters and shapes. The dissolver is equipped with different safety features protecting against improper use.


Applications

Dissolver can be used for research on dispersion processes in the production process of:
