The Even Flow Dryer ensures on-demand supply and buffer storage for baggers and other flow-rate sensitive processes. The rear of the hopper is lowered as more produce is introduced, then it is raised as produce is removed. This allows the line to maintain an even speed and minimizes operating interruptions. It also ensures gentle handling by minimizing produce drop on entry
