Fluid Bed Coal Burners

Fluid Bed Coal Burners can supply heat for such equipment as Rotary Dryers, Vertical Dryers, Hammer Dryers, Indirect Heated Dryers, dry-grinding plants for slag micro-powder, air swept coal mill or dry-grinding plants for pulverized coal, fertilizer granulator, powder drying tower waste-heat power generation for concurrent heating material mixing & seasoning, and also to dry and bake such industrial raw materials or products as slag, clay, filthy mud, carbide slag, complex fertilizer, industrial plaster, plasterboard, fine iron powder sulfur ore concentrate, late rite ore, siderite, Zinc leaching residues coal dust and coal slime.

Features

  • Large contact area between air and fuel;
  • High relative motion speed;
  • Long burning of fuel in fluidized bed;
  • Fast burning speed, high burning rate;
  • Energy saving and environment protection.

Working Principles

  • Wide application for fuel. It can use raw coal whose heating capacity over 6270KJ/Kg, or various bituminous coal, anthracite, lignite, and even gangue whose heating capacity is 1500Kcal/Kg. Temperature in chamber is about 1000 °C, outlet temperature of chamber is about 850 °C, stable and even.
  • High combustion efficiency, coal burn-off rate: 99%, thermal efficiency rate: 95%, carbon content in ash: 2%;
  • Non-coking, suitable for making cement mixture and filler for other building product;
  • Easy ignition, long-time banking fire, intermittent banking fire time up to 16~48 hours, no need to re-ignite when restarts the banking fire
  • Adjustable outlet temperature of the hot gas, convenient heating gas pipeline
  • Clean burning, low NOX flue gas, desulfurization inside furnace, and solid sulfur in coal slag.
  • Achieving automatic PLC control, low working temperature.
  • Long service life, less wearing parts, low maintenance expense
