The Fluidized Bed Cooler is a great success as replacement of other systems. The base frame of fluidized bed coolers constructed from a very heavy, completely welded steel fabrication. This firmly supports the oscillating trough. The trough suspension system is based on a number of coil spring units in conjunction with side mounted leaf springs.The longitudinal bottom chamber, under the fluid bed trough made from mild steel plating, is subdividied in several separated chambers. Each one is fitted with air inlet spigots, equipped with adjustable butterfly valves.
