Gravity diverter valves are used to redirect material flow in a gravity stream where there is no pressure differential between the inlet or the discharge leg(s) of the valve.

The Gravity Diverter Valve is designed to divert material to one of two destinations while in a gravity fall. The valve has a rectangular fabricated design The Meyer Diverter Valve offers an effective method for directing product flow from a single source to multiple destinations. Ideal for batch systems. Can also be used as a two in to one gathering hopper.Designed to handle the gravity feed of dry powders, pellets, granules, or any other free flowing product. Valve is dust tight inside to outside. Flap-gate minimizes leakage between system legs. Contact factory representative for pressure and temperature limitations.

are a fabricated design used on gravity applications where little or no pressure is involved. These units are generally fabricated from 1/8" plate and include an internal flap that is manufactured with two plates sandwiching a polyurethane wiper seal. The whole assembly is mounted on the main spindle, which is supported externally by two sealed-for-life, 2-bolt flanged ball bearings.

gravity diverter valve is designed to divert a gravity flow of dry bulk solids into two or three different directions, depending on model chosen. The 307 series gravity diverter valve is designed with numerous special features which allow it to handle difficult materials which may be cohesive, dusty and/or abrasive. One special feature is an interior with smooth surfaces for an optimum unobstructed flow of material. Also, the unique design provides a tight seal between the diverter flop gate and the sidewalls to prevent possible leaks when discharging material. Another special feature is the use of a high life cycle pneumatic rotary actuator to rotate the flop gate into position, eliminating all external moving parts. A visual indicator and position switches can be installed for visual and electrical verification of the valve position. A large inspection hatch enables easy access for inspection or maintenance of the internal components.
