High Intensity Continuous Blender

High Intensity Continuous Blender provides the added shear needed for high speed blending, homogenizing and/or de-lumping of dry ingredients, slurries and pastes. The blender can also be equipped with spray ports for large additions of liquids, which can also serve to dedust and/or agglomerate dry materials. It is a fast, high capacity machine that operates on small working volumes with minimum residence times of 5 to 30 seconds. The continuous blender can handle up to 5 different materials at one time, mixing powders with another powder, powder with a liquid or several liquids together to create a homogeneous product free of any agglomerates or lumps.

  • Blenders are fabricated of carbon steel, abrasion resistant steel, and stainless steel with commercial or sanitary finishes.
