Impeller Valves

Impeller Valve is well suited for dosing, injecting and transporting cohesive bulk materials and granulates. It can be used in many areas of application to replace high-maintenance rotary valves. Owing to its small installation dimensions, impeller valve requires little space and has no additional console meaning that it can be directly adapted to the silo, pipe or dispatcher. It is not necessary to change the cross-section of the pipe from round to square as is the case for many Rotary Valves.

Because of the frequency-controlled rotational speed the valve can also be used as a dosing unit, working volumetrically and preventing overfilling of downstream processes. The impeller valves can also be installed in pneumatic feed pipes to homogenise and aerate the product flow. Due to its design, the six blades run through the zero line of the body, ensuring the materials passing through, is not frontally or laterally pressed along the body walls, nor can granules be pulverised.
