Inline Vibratory Feeders
Inline Vibratory Feeders are also called Linear Vibrators. These are suitable for feeding bulk Powders or applications like Tea leaves, Coffee leaves etc. Trays, either in Stainless Steel or Mild Steel can be used on top of the linear vibrators for proper moment of the material. These tray can even be lined / coated with suitable material for proper abrasion resistance or to ensure that there is no damage or noise while the feeding takes place. The tray size is dependent upon the size and power of the linear vibrator. In case of electro-mechanical (coil type) linear vibrators, tray can be even upto a length of even 1 metre while the smallest can be even just 50 mm. The width too is dependent upon the power and size of the linear vibrator. It can be from 15 mm to upto 500 mm. Bulk Flow Rate is dependent upon the tray size and power of the linear vibrator. It can be as high as 25 Kgs. Per Minute. Linear Vibrators are also used for powering bulk hoppers for increasing the loading capacity. They can be used to reduce the replenishment time in case of loading to a vibratory bowl feeder. A suitable level controller is used to start / stop the linear vibrator when the level of components in the vibratory bowl feeder increases / reduces. This helps in reducing the time and effort required to replenish the vibratory bowl feeder.
