Post Bake Equilibration Dryers are designed for product moisture equilibration, conditioning and final drying of baked goods and crackers. Product moisture equilibration, conditioning and final drying are ideal applications for post bake systems. Post bake conditioners can be installed around existing oven run-off conveyors, yielding significant reduction in product checking and breakage.
