Powder Storage Tanks
Powder Storage Tanks are used for storage of dry and powdered products such as sugar and flour. This tank is composed of a tank body assembly, a feeding pipe, an exhausted pipe, a man lid device, a dust removal bay and a vehicle mobile device.
Dry powder mortar storage tank has the advantage of waterproof, moisture-proof, easy to use and so on. The lower part is provided with an arch breaking device which can prevent the powder agglomeration and discharging powders smoothly, also equipped with a material level sensing device which can control the usage of materials in the warehouse. The raw material storage tank is used for dry mortar storage and mixing at the construction site, including knapsack and mortar mixer. Storage tank comprises tank body, feed tube, separation preventing device, dust collecting system, exhaust pipe, manhole cover system, weighing material place and tank carrying device. Mortar mixer is composed of feeding, stirring, watering and electric control system.
- The equipment can meet different performance requirements of dry mortar production, such as: Masonry mortar, plaster mortar, mortar for insulation system, decorative mortar and other dry mortars.
- The device covers a small area, with low energy consumption and easy operation, and can be directly installed without using the base. The output per hour is 2-8 tons and needs 2-6 operational workers.
- Dry-mixed mortar production line is mainly composed of the following equipment, users can choose and combine according to their actual conditions
- Adhesive mortar: Such as tile adhesive, sealant, thermal insulation composite system special adhesive mortar.
- Plastering mortar: The interior and exterior rendering wiping, Fu son, colored decorative mortar, thermal insulation mortar and so on.
- Masonry mortar: Ordinary masonry, concrete block mortar, thermal insulation mortar and other masonry.
- Floor mortar: Ordinary floor mortar, self-leveling mortar.
- Special mortar: Repair mortar, waterproof mortar, and hardened powder.
