Powder Storage Tanks are used for storage of dry and powdered products such as sugar and flour. This tank is composed of a tank body assembly, a feeding pipe, an exhausted pipe, a man lid device, a dust removal bay and a vehicle mobile device.


Working Principles

Dry powder mortar storage tank has the advantage of waterproof, moisture-proof, easy to use and so on. The lower part is provided with an arch breaking device which can prevent the powder agglomeration and discharging powders smoothly, also equipped with a material level sensing device which can control the usage of materials in the warehouse. The raw material storage tank is used for dry mortar storage and mixing at the construction site, including knapsack and mortar mixer. Storage tank comprises tank body, feed tube, separation preventing device, dust collecting system, exhaust pipe, manhole cover system, weighing material place and tank carrying device. Mortar mixer is composed of feeding, stirring, watering and electric control system.
