Rotary Filling Machines can accommodate a wide range of containers and products of most viscosities at high production speeds. Each model features overhead driven pistons with patented individual piston-adjustment mechanism, bottom-up fill capability, no-container/no-fill and positive spiral feed. Pistons and valve plugs are easily removed for cleaning and sanitizing.
Applications
Rotary fillers are perfect for powdered products in rigid containers such as infant formula, non dairy creamer, spices, baking soda, drink mixes, etc. They can be used to fill both free-flowing and non-free flowing products into rigid containers at rates of 100 to 400 containers per minute.
