Sanitary Mixers

Sanitary Mixers are used in incorporating powders into liquids, producing an agglomerate-free and homogeneous product in a single pass. The mixer design has complete stainless steel parts (wetted and non-wetted) gearboxes, motors), polishing standards, and impeller design.

Advantages

  • Fast powder incorporation rate of up to 250 lbs/minute
  • Agglomerate-free, consistent product, time after time
  • Designed for Cleaning-In-Place (CIP)
  • Low-level, ergonomic design
  • Low power requirement; requires no additional pump
  • Simple - easy to install, easy to operate and easy to clean

Common Applications

  • Cell Culture Media
  • Media & Buffer Solutions
  • Injectables
  • Antibiotics
  • Blood Factors
  • Vaccine Production
