Screw dryer is commonly designed to dry tobacco small particles from 20% to 17% moisture. It has a capacity of 250-500kgs/hr, with variable dwell time of 4-8 mins.. Features include: indirect drying, Heating through Steam, Temperature range of 70-110ºC, and Tossing through screw flight.
