Toasters plants


Toasters plants are comprised of multi-stages with bottom Jacketed Dryers for indirect heating. Toasters have five layers totally. The top and second layers are used to preheat wet meal to reduce moisture condensing and desolventize with steam penetration. The third layer is designed for toasting the meal from the second layer so as to remove solvent and water in wet meal completely. The forth layer is drying purpose which remove the moisture of meal mainly. The final layer is also called cooling layer, which cut down meal temperature. Desolventizer toaster plant provided with centrally rotating shaft with scrapper arms in each stage to guarantee proper heating of material and material movement from one stage to another.
