Tube Belt Conveyors are energy-saving, cost-efficient system. Special belt coatings enable the economic transport of bulk material over longer distances.An environmental friendly bulk materials transport is facilitated by the application of tube belt conveyors.Via encapsulation of the material while transportation interactions between environment and conveyed material, such as dust emissions and water absorptions by the material in the cases of rain or snow are eliminated.Compared to typical Belt Conveyors tube belt conveyors have got very small curve radii. This often allows a reduction of the numbers of transfer points.


Technical specification

The design of the tube belt conveyor guarantees a high carrying capacity and makes possible wide pylon spans. The goods to be conveyed are encapsulated in the steel tube and hence transported emission-free. The conveyor is manufactured in individual modules and can thus be adapted according to your needs. The installation of a tube belt conveyor does not have any significant impact on the course of production, even in existing sawmills.


Working Principle

When material is loaded onto the conveying belt, the belt is open and the material is supplied in the same way as is the case with conventional belt conveyors. Special devices close the belt carrying the conveyed material. The belt forms a closed pipe over the entire conveying distance. The belt opens automatically before the material discharge point is reached and the material is then discharged.
