Vacuum Coaters

Vacuum Coaters are a popular method of applying single-color, waterborne coatings to linear materials such as wood mouldings. The simple design and heavy construction allows line speeds to exceed 500 FPM for high-production needs. For UV coatings, vacuum coaters are perfect because of the reduced handling of the coating by the operator.
