FIBC Cleaners
FIBC Cleaners are used for cleaning the FIBC inside and outside. Highly efficient and easy operation. The machine is used for cleaning the inside of the FIBC bag by blowing air. A high-quality FIBC must be free from production residues.
Process
During the cutting and sewing operations required to manufacture the FIBC's, the fabric gets electrostatically charged. These charges of the fabric regularly cause the adhesion of smallest rests of yarn and fabric and the adhesion of residues of the thermal cutting edges. Also insects, human hair and even personal objects of the workers are often found in new manufactured FIBCs. The cleaning device we have developed allows for a controlled and scheduled inside cleaning of the FIBCs. The constructional shape of the cleaner ensures very easy handling. An air flow of 5,000 m³/h is used to reliably rinse the FIBCs and to remove any impurities. The air flow conveys the impurities into an easy to clean collection trough. A pressure switch controls the volume flow and a time relay determines the cleaning cycle of the FIBCs, ensuring that alls FIBCs of one order are cleaned with the same intensity. Depending on volume and design, cleaning an FIBC requires between 8 and 25 seconds. FIBCs with filling spout of different sizes and FIBCs with or without discharge can be cleaned without converting the cleaner.
Auto FIBC Cleaning Machine
For producing FIBC for food grade should be neat and clean, ie. There should not be any loose threads or other foreign particles inside the bags and which is very difficult to clean manually. For this we offer automatic cleaning M/C by which we can clean the bags from top, from bottom and from top & bottom respectively.
Air is pre filtered and is blown through the bag so that all dust and foreign particles settled in the bag should come out of bag. After cleaning the dust and foreign particles like loose thread will be collected in the dust collection box, which can be easily taken out and the dust collection box is provided with micro filter so that dust should not come out of the dust collection box. Machine is controlled by high-resolution microprocessor controller, which is user friendly by which you can set different operations.
