'''Bunker Discharge System''' is a device for discharging difficult to handle bulk materials from bunkers, hoppers, bins, silos, stockpiles and dome type storages. The arms of the bunker discharge machine rotate and reclaim bulk material from the bunker shelf onto a conveying system. The bunker discharge system (1) travels automatically and self-propels through a tunnel (2). The material is conveyed along the arms by the rotation of the discharge wheel (3) and discharged along the bunker shelf (4) onto a gathering conveyor (5).

==Operation==
The smaller bunker system is loaded from above. At the bottom of the bunker there is a highly tear-proof rubber belt which takes care of the material discharge. It always makes sense to use our cost-effective bunker when a smaller amount of material is loaded and there is no necessity to discharge the material continuously. The speed of the discharge conveyor and its inclination are exclusively used to regulate the discharge.  In case of a high filling level of the bunker, a certain quantity of material rolls back because of the inclined conveyor belt. In the end, there are limits regarding the material dosing.
The larger bunker systems have a pushing floor system divided in individual segments and regulated dosing rollers in common. The pushing floor system guarantees the usage of this type of bunkers even in highly demanded applications, e. g. on the field of residential waste or biological waste treatment; no matter if there is heavy waste material or a large quantity of waste to be treated. According to design, ADS-type bunkers are loaded by wheel loaders or transport conveyors. Speed and direction of rotation of dosing rollers, pushing speed, retention time and pushing distance of the individual elements of the pushing floor are regulated.
In combination with the regulated pushing floor, the movable discharge console, the adjustable speed of the discharge conveyor, etc., the dosing rollers of the bunker systems are responsible for the dosing process of the material discharge. The number of the installed dosing rollers is part of the type designation. Speed and direction of rotation of all dosing rollers are regulated. The pushing floor bunkers pushes the loaded material via an adjustable discharge console onto the discharge conveyor. By this, the throughput of the bunker can be regulated stepless, the discharge flow comes out homogenously and you can make adjustments to the respective requirements.
