'''Fluid Bed Heater''' is very well suited for burning renewable biomass (green power) at much higher moisture contents and even finer fuel sizing than is typically possible using stoker combustion. NOx emissions are lower than are possible using stoker combustion without any post-combustion control, such as selective non-catalytic reaction (SNCR). The heater is consists of a coil type heat exchanger located above fluid bed furnace. Coal is burnt in a fluidized bed combustor. This produces minimum pollution and can ensure complete combustion of the fuel.

==Applications==
Fluid Bed Heaters can burn a variety of fuels such as Wood waste, Rice husk, Palm Shell and Coal in same unit. Effective mixing of fuel and air in the reactor makes it possible to obtain complete combustion with less air.

Standard capacity ranges from 400,000 kcal/hour up to 6,000,000 kcal/hour.
