Spiral Mixers are commonly used for intensive mixing. These are commonly used in making dough and other bakery products.

Operation Principles

Spiral mixing operates by means of the compression and decompression action of the dough when being processed between the mixing tools allows having a minimum warming up of the dough and a mixing time considerably inferior in respect of a traditional mixer. This mixer has built in cast iron with gears in oil bath, hydraulic system of head lifting when releasing the trolley.
